The best of Care started as a inspired idea by Kim Knightley in 2019 when She was working with a friend who was desperate for a independent worker. With the Realization that the current NDIS and Disability support currently available that there needed to be a change and Kim wanted to make a difference in support and services. To provide Care and support that sees each individuals needs not treats them as a number or just a package. After worker for bigger companies that the dream had to become a reality and the only way this can happen is to create her own business.
